Such Love ...

What joy filled my heart,
What peace stills my hurting soul to know such love exists for me.
Such love that left the ninety-nine in search for one.
Such love that left His majestic splendour in Heaven
to pay the ultimate price for my sins.

Such Love that shared in my humanity when I threw in the towel.
Such love that is slow to anger, but quick to embrace.
Such love that brings me on my knees to humble myself
and declare you as Lord always
Such love that creates passion to make Him known.
Such love that reminds me of eternity, of a better place He has prepared for me.
Such love that says to me “you are eternally mine”.
Such love that bids me to count my years as months
Months as weeks, weeks as days. Anytime now, will be going home.
Thank you Father for such love exists for me, now and always.
