In Too Deep

In too deep,

That’s me Lord, in too deep into you.

Till Christ Jesus is glorified in this mortal body,

And earthly conquest and achievements thrills me no more.

This is my prayer, my in too deep prayer,

To go from milk to meat

From gold chaser to God-chaser,

Till you are my portion, inheritance and reward.

Oh, how shall it be, my in too deep desire?

How shall it be without holiness?

Make me holy not happy,

Till Christ is all in all in me,

And all lust turns to love of Christ.

Drive me! Please drive me!

My in too deep desire, please drive to the foot of the cross.

To where heaven and earth meets.

Where sins are overcome,

And let me be a sign post that points

The sheeps to the shepherd.
